Through its innovative strength and sustainable value creation, the A. Raymond network is now one of the world's leading providers of fastening and assembly solutions in the automotive, energy, agriculture, and healthcare industries.

For the new construction of the German "Center of Collaboration" in Lörrach, the interior design team from Office Vision® and the Meinlschmidt sales and installation team realized the interior design concept for 300 employees, featuring 220 workstations across a total of 6.500 m² of office space, including a cafeteria. The training center is currently in planning. Overall, the goal—and consequently the outcome—is that employees now prefer coming to the office instead of working from home.

The agile workspace design includes open space areas, desk sharing, meeting rooms for hybrid teamwork, as well as spaces for retreat and focused work. In creative spaces, hybrid communication zones, and flexible team rooms for cooperation and collaboration, real innovations are born. This aligns with A. Raymond's motto: "Innovation through collaboration."

The challenge of completing the project in a short timeframe while adhering to the specified budget was also successfully tackled through the collaborative efforts of the project management team.
