The centerpiece of the new office building has been designed with a focus on collaboration and flexibility. The office environment has been implemented based on the open-space concept to promote and support employee exchange and creativity.

The open working environment is enhanced by new meeting rooms and Scrum rooms—specially designed spaces for open communication, agile teamwork, visual project overviews, and flexible collaboration. A central zone and cafeteria that invite interaction complete the open-space concept.

The uniqueness of the concept was the integration of the Erbe colors (green and blue) into the spatial design. The various shades were subtly applied in different areas, giving each space a cohesive atmosphere.
